Aishah earned her Bachelor’s degree as a Registered Social Worker from the University of Victoria. Since she was young, she has been passionate about helping people and dedicated to providing holistic & mindful counselling to women and youth.
She has been a sugarista with us since October 2022, and loves connecting with her clients and using the artform of sugaring to heal and transform.
Staying active helps her stay grounded, and through her studies aishah has become a teacher of both Yoga & Pilates. During the summer she teaches classes at the Silky Smooth Sets studio and year round at various studios in the GTA. If interested in movement and yoga, feel free to reach out to her to join a class!

Tatiana is currently studying somatic CBT. She believes each person has a unique part to play in bringing balance to our world. With that, the greatest work we can all do is learn ways to anchor peace within our bodies amidst the uncertainty of the times. Tatiana enjoys the strengthening and deepening of the mind-body connection.
Since July 2024 she has been a delightful addition to our team and is here to support each of her clients from a grounded sense of empowerment and intrinsic wisdom.
